1 - Fill out the form below. This is to give me an idea of your photography needs and to check availabilit. Or skip this and fill out the contract NOW and reserve your day asap.

3- Download Contract, Read, Fill out, Check that you agree with the terms of the contract,Email back to me at cjs@cjsphoto.net

Include a retainer payment of 1/3 your package price. (Pay with Paypal, Credit Card, Cash or Check.)

Make payment to Christian J Stanley photography, 10070 NW Thompson rd, Portland, OR 97229.

4 - Pay the remainder anytime between the time of the signed contract and one month before the wedding

5 - I will be in touch with you once the day is booked to confirm details. Please contact me if you have any questions.
